Meet our Board of Directors! We are a collection of residents with various backgrounds ranging from farming, veterinary and administrative professionals.
Selina Rogers
Director and Chair
​Selina is a lifelong farmer who moved to Kapuskasing in 2017. She has lived the experience of having limited access to veterinary care and supplies on hand for her sick calves and believes a solution is possible.
Natalie D'Amours
Director and Vice Chair
Natalie has been a Registered Veterinary Technician since 2016 and cared for pets in our area from 2017 to 2020. She believes that the pet owners of the area deserve access to veterinary care in a timely manner and desire high quality medicine.
Sara Larochelle
Director and Secretary
Sara is a lawyer working at a local firm. She strongly believes in the community's need for veterinarians for all types of animals, including both companion and livestock. Having personally experienced the challenges of limited access to large animal veterinary care, she fully appreciates its importance.
Lauren Hay
Director of Community Outreach
Lauren is a Veterinary Assistant and has cared for pets in the area since 2014. She is passionate about making a difference and ensuring the well-being of animals in her community.
Robert Hemenway
Director
Robert is a farrier and has extensive horsemanship experience. He is dedicated to the well-being of the equine population. His passion and expertise ensure essential care, making a positive impact in the community.
